1. Remote support is available by appointment using the link below. Remote assistance is free for the first three months after the purchase of an ABC Computers machine. Thereafter, subscriptions may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis.
   • The subscription rate is currently $30/month for one PC or $50/month per household (up to three PCs).
   • A discounted annual subscription is available for $250/year (savings of $110) for a single PC or $450/year (savings of $150) for a household (up to three PCs).
     
     
2. ABC Computers also offers personal support via on-site assistance. On-site assistance is available by appointment and can range in price from $75/hour to $125/hour depending on the type of work required. Some of the services provided are :
   • Disaster recovery/System Restore
   • Hardware changes/upgrades
   • Networking (Home or Small Business)
   • Installation and configuration of software
